• Application refers to DrawStats AB, the software program provided by the Company.
• Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to DrawStats AB.
• Country refers to Alberta, Canada.
• Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.
• Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
• Service refers to the Application.
• Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company.
• Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself.
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Subscription & Billing

The Application offers an optional auto-renewing subscription named DrawStats AB Pro for CAD 14.99 per year.

• Payment is processed solely by Google Play Billing or Apple In-App Purchase. We do not receive or store Your payment details.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel at any time:

All draw-odds and harvest data are provided “as-is” for informational purposes only. No guarantee is made regarding accuracy or completeness. Always verify current regulations and draw deadlines with the official Alberta Hunting Regulations before applying for a draw or commencing any hunt.

Collecting and Using Your Personal Data

Types of Data Collected

Personal Data

The Application itself does not require registration and does not request or store personally identifiable information. The only Personal Data We may receive is an e-mail address if You contact Us for support.

Subscriber & Entitlement Data

We use RevenueCat (Purchases SDK) to manage subscriptions and entitlements. RevenueCat may collect:

• an anonymized App User ID
• entitlement status (active/inactive)
• subscription plan identifiers
• platform (Google Play or Apple App Store)

RevenueCat’s servers are located in the United States; by using the Service you consent to that transfer. For details, see RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy.

Usage Data

Basic diagnostic information such as install counts and crash reports may be collected automatically by Google Play or Apple as part of their platform services. We access these aggregated reports only to improve app stability and do not link them to You as an individual.

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data solely to:

• Provide and maintain the Service, including to monitor usage and troubleshoot issues.
• Respond to support requests that You initiate by e-mail.
• Comply with legal obligations.

Retention of Your Personal Data

E-mails You send Us are retained only as long as necessary to provide support, after which they are deleted.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your information may be processed on servers located outside Your province or country. By contacting Us You consent to that transfer.

Delete Your Personal Data

You may request deletion of any e-mail correspondence by contacting [email protected].

Disclosure of Your Personal Data

Business Transactions

If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before transfer.

Law Enforcement & Other Legal Requirements

The Company may disclose Your Personal Data in good faith where required to comply with a legal obligation or protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company or the public.

We use reasonable measures to protect any Personal Data transmitted to Us, but no method of transmission over the Internet is 100 % secure.

Children’s Privacy

The Service does not address anyone under the age of 13, and We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children.
